Check Point's Workspace Security team is seeking a Manager, SDRs – Americas to lead a high-performing outbound sales development organization across the region. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on coaching, KPI setting, and pipeline discipline to drive revenue growth.

You'll partner with Sales, Engineers, Channel/MSP and Marketing to ensure SDR effort targets the highest-value accounts and delivery of predictable performance through a strong operating rhythm.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales development, BDR, or tech sales.
• 2+ years directly managing an SDR/BDR/Inside Sales team.
• Proven track record turning around underperforming reps with coaching.
• Fluency with Salesforce and sales engagement tooling.
• Cybersecurity, SaaS, or complex B2B tech experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Own pipeline generation for qualified meetings and pipeline targets.
• Lead weekly coaching, 1:1s, role-play, and development plans.
• Own outbound strategy across cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and ABM.
• Coordinate with Sales Specialists, Engineers, Channel/MSP and Marketing.
