Job summary

Rockwell Automation, Inc. is seeking a high-impact sales leader to drive transformational initiatives across strategic accounts in the Southeast U.S.

This remote role combines ownership of the full sales cycle—from lead generation to closing—within Cyber, Digital, and MOM solution areas. The candidate will engage IT, OT, and C‑suite stakeholders, collaborating with cross-functional teams to shape value-driven solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
• Ability to travel 40% of the time.
• 5+ years in enterprise or complex B2B sales (preferred).
• Experience selling to large manufacturers in industries such as CPG, Automotive, Pharmaceuticals, or Med Devices (preferred).

Job Description

You will report to the Sales Manager, Secure Digital Operations and work remotely, located in the South East of the USA.

• Lead Transformational Sales: Drive strategic, high-impact digital transformation pursuits across your assigned accounts or region.
• Own the Commercial Strategy: Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to close, across Cyber, Digital and MOM solution areas.
• Engage Executive Stakeholders: Build and deepen relationships with business and technical leaders across IT, OT, and C‑suite.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with technical domain experts, delivery leaders, and account teams to shape value-driven solutions.
• Shape Demand and Grow Pipeline: Identify new opportunities by understanding customer pain points, trends, and priorities.
• Drive Outcomes, Not Just Deals: Focus on long‑term value creation, not transactional sales — your success is measured by client success.

The Essentials - You Will Have:

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Years of Relevant Work Experience
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
• The ability to travel 40% of the time.

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise or complex B2B sales
• Degree in engineering, computer science, data science, cybersecurity, supply chain, business or other technical degrees or similar.
• 5+ years of experience in complex enterprise or consultative sales (solutions, services, or software), ideally within industrial, manufacturing, or OT environments.
• Experience selling to large manufacturers in any of the following industries: Consumer Packaged Goods, Automotive, Tire, Pharmaceuticals, or Med Devices
• Experience selling digital solutions like AI/ML, cybersecurity, industrial SaaS, IIoT, or OT optimization.
• Experience with product development, manufacturing, industrial automation, or digital transformation consulting
• Familiarity with MES, PLM, cybersecurity, industrial AI/ML, or cloud platforms

For this role, the total target compensation is from $142,400.00 - $213,600.00USD Annual, of which 60% is base salary and 40% is variable. Our company benefits for the US can be found here. Actual pay will be based on factors such as skills, knowledge, education, and experience.
