LiveRamp, Inc. is seeking an experienced SDET (Software Development Engineer in Test) Engineer to join our innovative engineering team. In this role, you will design, develop, and execute automated test solutions to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products. You will collaborate closely with development, product, and DevOps teams, driving best practices and ensuring high-quality deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
Develop, maintain, and execute automated test frameworks, tools, and test suites for web and backend applications.
Collaborate with engineers to understand technical requirements and translate them into effective test strategies.
Identify, document, and track software defects, driving their resolution in collaboration with the engineering team.
Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability, quality, and performance.
Monitor and improve test coverage, reliability, and effectiveness of automated tests.
Advocate for and implement best practices in testing, CI/CD, and agile development.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience in software QA and development, preferably as an SDET or Automation Engineer.
Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript.
Proficiency in test automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, JUnit, TestNG).
Understanding of API testing, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems (e.g., Git).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience testing SaaS or cloud-based applications.
Familiarity with performance and security testing tools.
Knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
