Job summary

BairesDev®, a leading technology partner, is seeking a Semi Senior SDET to design and develop advanced test automation solutions. You’ll apply your coding skills in Python, JavaScript, Cypress, or Java to ensure software quality and optimize CI/CD pipelines.

You’ll lead automation efforts, mentor junior SDETs, collaborate with developers to expand test coverage, and help define test strategies. This remote, 100% flexible role offers excellent USD compensation and a truly global, multicultural

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in software development and testing.
Proven experience in designing and implementing test automation frameworks.
Experience integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
Advanced English language skills.
Knowledge of Python, JavaScript, Cypress, or Java.
Experience with API and UI testing.

Responsibilities

Lead the creation and execution of complex automated test suites and frameworks.
Mentor junior SDETs and guide them in advanced testing techniques and automation strategies.
Collaborate with development teams to enhance test coverage and improve software quality.
Optimize test automation processes for efficiency and reliability.
Conduct root cause analysis of complex bugs and collaborate with developers to resolve them.
Contribute to the design and implementation of test strategies and methodologies.
