BairesDev is hiring a SDET (Junior/Mid) to design and execute automated test suites across UI and API layers. You will build reusable automation frameworks, integrate with CI/CD, and collaborate with developers to improve testability and quality. Qualifications

1+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance or Test Automation.
Proven expertise in UI automation using modern frameworks like Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium.
Proficiency in programming with TypeScript, JavaScript, or Java for developing automated test scripts.
Hands-on experience with API testing and tools such as Postman or REST Assured.
Solid understanding of CI/CD integration and maintaining automated QA processes in dev pipelines.
Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

Architect and maintain reusable test automation frameworks using Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium.
Design and execute UI and API automated test suites to identify defects early in production.
Integrate automated quality gates into CI/CD pipelines for immediate feedback to engineering teams.
Collaborate with developers during code reviews to advocate for testability and robust design patterns.
Manage test data and environments to ensure consistent results across platforms.
Analyze test execution reports to drive continuous improvements in coverage and performance.
