Job summary

Yoh, a Day & Zimmermann company, is seeking an Automation/Quality Software Engineer (SDET) to work onsite in Cincinnati, OH. The role requires hands-on experience with test automation using Java or similar languages and proficiency in scripting tests from scratch.

You will work within Agile teams, contributing to CI/CD pipelines and modern testing practices. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of automation development, strong knowledge of Playwright/Selenium/Cucumber/Jenkins, and solid foundations

Qualifications

3+ years of test automation development using Java or similar programming languages.
Proficiency in scripting automation tests from scratch.
Experience with automation tools like Playwright, Selenium, Cucumber, Jenkins.
Strong knowledge of version control systems (Git, ClearCase).
Experience with modern test frameworks and test-driven development practices.
Solid foundation in SQL, XML, HTML, JavaScript, Java, or Python.
Demonstrated experience with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
Ability to work independently within Agile teams.
Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills.
Curiosity about emerging technologies and a drive to stay current.
