Job summary

PMG GLOBAL is seeking an Automation/Quality Software Engineer (SDET) to be based at our client site in Covington, KY. The role requires 5+ years of test automation experience using Java or similar languages, with hands-on work in Playwright, TypeScript, and Selenium.

You will develop automated tests from scratch and contribute to functional, integration, and performance testing while working within Agile teams.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a technology-related field (Computer Science, Engineering, etc.) required.
• 5+ years of experience in test automation development using Java or similar programming language.
• Strong hands-on experience developing automated tests from scratch using Playwright, TypeScript, and Selenium.
• Proven experience with automated testing including functional, integration, and performance testing.
• Experience with test automation tools such as Playwright, Selenium, Cucumber, and Jenkins.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Strong understanding of Agile Scrum/Kanban methodologies and working independently within Agile teams.
• Experience with Git or other Version Control Systems.
• Experience with AWS or Azure cloud environments.
