Job summary

Inclusion Cloud in Dallas seeks an SDET I to strengthen our QA team by applying test automation, manual testing, and CI/CD practices to deliver high-quality software.

You will collaborate with developers and cross-functional teams, maintain automated test frameworks for desktop, web, and mobile apps, and contribute to test design, planning, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 8 years of QA and automation experience.
• ISTQB Foundation level or higher certification – preferred.
• Proficiency in C#, TypeScript, Playwright, and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Maintain automated test frameworks for desktop, web, and native mobile apps and API's.
• Execute manual and automated tests, including functional, regression, and performance testing.
• Collaborate with developers to identify and resolve software defects.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to test case design.
• Utilize version control systems (e.g., TFS, Git) and CI/CD pipelines to streamline testing processes.
• Adhere to Agile methodologies and participate in sprint activities.
• Document test plans, cases, and results in alignment with project requirements.
• Contribute to testing standards and best practices and stay updated with industry trends.

Our client is seeking an SDET I who can apply fundamental skills in test automation, manual testing, and continuous integration in support of their quality assurance team. Contribute to ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products by collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

Essential Functions

Technical

• Maintain automated test frameworks for desktop, web, and native mobile apps and API's
• Execute manual and automated tests, including functional, regression, and performance testing
• Collaborate with developers to identify and resolve software defects
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to test case design
• Utilize version control systems (e.g., TFS, Git) and CI/CD pipelines to streamline testing processes

Methodology

• Adhere to Agile methodologies, participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Document test plans, cases, and results in alignment with project requirements
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of testing standards and best practices
• Stay updated with industry trends and tools by engaging in continuous learning
