Job summary

AWS is seeking a Software Development Engineer (SDE) to join across multiple AWS SDE openings, including teams such as Twitch, AWS Elemental, and AWS CloudFront. You will design, develop, and maintain high-quality code while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver features and resolve performance bottlenecks.

You will participate in architecture reviews, stay current with technologies, and mentor junior engineers to help build a strong engineering culture at Amazon.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience.
• 3+ years of building complex software systems experience.
• 2+ years of designing and developing large-scale, multi-tiered, multi-threaded, embedded or distributed software applications, tools, systems, and services using: C#, C++, Java, or Perl experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
