Qualifications

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 1+ years of software development engineer or related occupational experience
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language
• 1+ years of designing and developing large-scale, multi-tiered, multi-threaded, embedded or distributed software applications, tools, systems, and services using: C#, C++, Java, or Perl

Responsabilités

• Design and implement software solutions that enable new features and improve existing systems, balancing functional and non-functional requirements such as scalability, performance, and security.
• Deliver high-quality code across the full development lifecycle—from scoping and design through testing, deployment, and ongoing operations—while identifying and resolving root causes of operational issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners including product managers, stakeholders, and peer engineers to understand business and customer needs, ensuring your solutions deliver meaningful value.
• Mentor and coach team members through code reviews and knowledge sharing, producing clear documentation so that your software can be maintained and extended by others.
• Evaluate new tools, frameworks, and approaches—including generative AI capabilities—to recommend and adopt improvements that increase your team's productivity and code quality.
