Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, engineering, mathematics, or related field.
• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• 2+ years in software design/architecture.
• 2+ years with big data technologies (AWS, Spark, Hadoop).
• Proficiency in Java and/or Python.
• Experience with AWS services (Step Functions, S3, Redshift, Lambda, EMR).
• Experience with distributed systems and data pipeline development.

Responsabilités

• Build AI-powered automation for campaign creation and scheduling using LLMs.
• Develop integrations with advertising tech platforms for activation and delivery.
• Design data pipelines for real-time measurement, attribution and analytics.
• Create campaign management tools and workflows for optimization.
• Develop multi-agent systems and AI copilots for ideation and execution.
• Collaborate with Applied Scientists on ML-powered features like audience optimization.
• Build monitoring and alerting to ensure high availability of marketing ops.
• Contribute to system design and code reviews to improve quality and scalability.
