Job summary

Amazon Route 53 Global Resolver team is looking for a mid-level Software Development Engineer to help build and operate a globally distributed DNS resolution service. You will work across the stack to ensure secure, reliable DNS queries for enterprise customers across regions, networks, and hybrid environments.

You will join a fast-paced team that values clear communication, design reliability, and scalable architectures.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience.
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language.

Responsibilities

• Build and operate a globally distributed DNS resolution service.
• Contribute to system architecture, design patterns and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features for Route 53.
