Job summary

Amazon Route 53 Global Resolver is seeking a mid-level Software Development Engineer to help build and operate a globally distributed DNS resolution service that securely resolves internal and external names across regions, networks, and hybrid environments.

You will contribute across the stack, influence architecture, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with teams across AWS to deliver scalable, high-performance services in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience.
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language.
• 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
