Job summary

Infosys seeks a Domain Consultant 2 to drive agile practices across services, utilities and energy domains. You will analyze processes, document SOPs, and coordinate cross-functional implementation for optimal performance and scalability.

Ideal candidates bring strong Scrum expertise, stakeholder management, and experience with Jira/Azure DevOps in large-scale agile environments. Willingness to travel/relocate and US work authorization are required.

Qualifications

• Agile methodologies and Scrum framework experience.
• Experience with Jira and Azure DevOps.
• Scrum Master with stakeholder management and facilitation.
• Experience in large-scale Agile environments.
• Utilities domain knowledge is a plus.
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master, etc.).
• Experience in Project Management.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent; relocation/travel may be required; US work authorization.

In the assigned Job Role of Domain Consultant 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

• Analyze client business processes to identify optimization opportunities and align them with industry-specific standards and best practices
• Facilitate benchmarking studies, working with stakeholders to align solution performance with industry standards and domain-specific insights
• Collaborate with technical teams and document system customizations and configurations, drafting standard operating procedures and workflows that align with functional requirements of the relevant sector
• Conduct in-depth research on third-party products within the domain, providing comparative analysis of features, costs, and scalability
• Coordinate the implementation of solutions addressing issues during setup and integration, and support in developing and maintaining SOPs, to ensure system stability and performance post-implementation

• A knack for creating detailed process maps and technical documentation with domain specialization
• Proactive approach to in conducting benchmarking studies and product research
• Familiarity with system implementation, configuration, and maintenance

Required Skill And Experience

• Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.
• Experience working as a Scrum Master with stakeholder management, facilitation.
• Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar.

Preferred Skill And Experience

• Experience working in large-scale Agile environments.
• Experience in Utilities domain knowledge.
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master, etc.).
• Experience in Project Management

Additional Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.
