• Facilitate benchmarking studies, coordinating with stakeholders to align solution performance with domain insights.
• Document system customizations and configurations; draft SOPs and workflows aligned with functional requirements.
• Research third-party products within the domain and provide comparative analysis of features, costs, and scalability.
• Coordinate solution implementation addressing issues during setup and integration; help maintain SOPs for post-implementation stability.

In the assigned Job Role of Domain Consultant 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

• Analyze client business processes to identify optimization opportunities and align them with industry-specific standards and best practices
• Facilitate benchmarking studies, working with stakeholders to align solution performance with industry standards and domain-specific insights
• Collaborate with technical teams and document system customizations and configurations, drafting standard operating procedures and workflows that align with functional requirements of the relevant sector
• Conduct in-depth research on third-party products within the domain, providing comparative analysis of features, costs, and scalability
• Coordinate the implementation of solutions addressing issues during setup and integration, and support in developing and maintaining SOPs, to ensure system stability and performance post-implementation

Required Skill And Experience

• Experience in Asset, Wealth management & Capital Markets
• Scrum Master with knowledge of Asset Management domain
• Experience with Data Analytics and Data models, ability to work with basic SQL and data is a must.

Preferred Skill And Experience

• Experience in creating, prioritizing, and maintaining a clear business value–driven backlog of features and user stories
• Experience within Agile methodologies and Business Analysis, Requirements Gathering, Documentation, Stakeholder management, Functional Testing etc

Additional Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.
