Job summary

Quantumtech Inc. is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support Agile delivery teams and drive effective execution across software development initiatives.

The ideal candidate will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, and coordinate with product and engineering teams to promote Agile best practices. The role requires strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management, with experience in Jira and Confluence and Scrum certification preferred.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of IT experience with strong Scrum Master background.
• Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and Agile practices.
• Experience coordinating with product, engineering, QA, and architects.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience tracking sprint metrics, velocity, risks, and dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coordinate with Product Owners, developers, QA, architects, and business stakeholders.
• Coach teams on Scrum, Agile principles, and continuous improvement.
• Identify and remove impediments affecting sprint execution and delivery.
• Track sprint progress, velocity, risks, dependencies, and delivery commitments.
• Support Product Owners in maintaining a prioritized backlog.
• Coordinate dependencies across multiple Agile teams and stakeholders.
• Monitor Agile metrics and provide sprint health visibility.
• Promote accountability, collaboration, transparency, and self-organization.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.

Quantumtech Inc. is looking for an experienced Scrum Master to support Agile delivery teams and drive effective execution across software development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies, removing delivery impediments, coordinating with product and engineering teams, and promoting Agile best practices.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement sessions.
• Work closely with Product Owners, developers, QA teams, architects, and business stakeholders.
• Coach teams on Scrum, Agile principles, and continuous improvement practices.
• Identify and remove impediments affecting sprint execution and delivery.
• Track sprint progress, velocity, risks, dependencies, and delivery commitments.
• Support Product Owners in maintaining a prioritized and well-defined product backlog.
• Coordinate dependencies across multiple Agile teams and stakeholders.
• Monitor Agile metrics and provide visibility into sprint health and team performance.
• Promote team accountability, collaboration, transparency, and self-organization.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Support release planning and overall program delivery activities.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of overall IT experience with strong experience as a Scrum Master.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Software Development Life Cycle methodologies.
• Experience managing software development teams in an Agile environment.
• Strong hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, stakeholder management, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Experience tracking sprint metrics, velocity, burn-down charts, risks, and dependencies.
• Ability to work with distributed and cross-functional teams.
• Scrum certification such as CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent is preferred.
• Experience working in enterprise Agile or SAFe environments is a plus.
