Job summary

Tesla Laboratories is a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business delivering Cyber Security, Intelligence Analysis, Financial Management, Facilities Engineering Services, and Program Management support to government customers. We are seeking a skilled Program Manager to lead multi-disciplinary teams, coordinate with senior stakeholders, and ensure successful delivery from planning through deployment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading an Agile development team.
• Demonstrated experience working with senior level customers for status updates and prioritization.
• Demonstrated experience running daily team scrum meetings.
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience with Jira for managing backlogs, portfolios, products, and sprints.
• Experience coordinating test resources and deployments with other groups.
• Experience leading enterprise level projects using a PMF and Agile Project Management methodology.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with short deadlines and competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead Agile development teams and manage sprint planning.

• Demonstrated on-the-job experience leading an Agile development team.
• Demonstrated on-the-job experience working with senior level customers for status updates and prioritization.
• Demonstrated experience running daily team scrum meetings.
• Demonstrated on-the-job knowledge and experience with using Jira for managing backlogs, portfolios, products, and sprints.
• Demonstrated on-the-job experience putting together sprint plans.
• Demonstrated on-the-job experience putting together weekly reports.
• Demonstrated experience working with project teams to determine or project work scope and level of effort to produce a t-shirt size for the associated work.
• Demonstrated on-the-job ability to monitor the progress of multiple concurrent and highly visible projects and requirements with the ability to recommend or take required corrective actions; to perform risk identification and management; and to communicate effectively with the customer, stakeholder, and project team.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating test resources and deployments with other groups.
• Demonstrated experience working with reporting system for notifying system status and to seek approval for deployment to production.
• Demonstrated on-the-job knowledge and experience with leading and managing enterprise level projects that have a multi-disciplinary cross-organizational project team from start to end using the Sponsor’s Project Management Framework (PMF) and Agile Project Management methodology.
• Demonstrated on-the-job knowledge and experience with managing multiple concurrent projects, short deadlines, and competing priorities.
• Demonstrated on-the-job knowledge and experience identifying programmatic challenges, risks, and constraints coupled with a strong ability to convey well-thought mitigation strategies.
• Demonstrated on-the-job knowledge and experience managing a project through the accreditation process using ICD-503 and receiving ATO.

• Demonstrated experience with Sponsor IT systems, missions, and strategies.
