L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Specialist, Software Engineer in Colorado Springs to serve as Scrum Master for the ATLAS software team. You will facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and drive high-quality delivery across the software life cycle.

The role emphasizes testing activities, collaboration with engineers and product owners, and contribution to mission-critical national security software used in real-world operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 4+ years of relevant experience or graduate degree with 2+ years; alternative: 8+ years of related experience in lieu of degree.
• Security clearance: possess or ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Scrum Master for the ATLAS development team, facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, developers, testers, and cross-functional partners to ensure smooth Agile delivery.
• Perform functional testing of user stories, write and execute test cases, participate in integration events, validate acceptance criteria.
• Support all phases of the software development life cycle including design, implementation, integration, and testing.
