L3Harris Technologies in Colorado Springs, CO, is seeking a Specialist, Software Engineer to serve as Scrum Master for an ATLAS development team. The role involves facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing impediments, and ensuring strong team delivery.

You will contribute to testing activities, validate user stories, and support integration events for high‑quality software used in real‑world operations. The position offers an opportunity to work on mission‑critical national security challenges,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, there is a minimum of 8 years of prior related experience.

Responsibilities

Serve as Scrum Master for an ATLAS development team, including facilitating daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
Work closely with Product Owners, developers, testers, and cross‑functional partners to ensure smooth and predictable Agile delivery.
Perform functional testing of user stories, including writing and executing test cases, participating in integration events, and validating acceptance criteria.
Support and participate in all phases of the software development life cycle, including design, implementation, integration, and test.
