Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years minimum related experience as a practicing Scrum Master in a technology and/or software development environment, or equivalent
• 3 years minimum prior related experience in agile methodologies, values, and procedures
• 3 years minimum prior related experience with agile PLM tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, Digital.ai Agility (or other)
• 3 years minimum prior related experience backlog tracking, Scrum and Kanban based metrics, task definition, and story splitting
• Ability to obtain a US security clearance required

Responsibilities

• Guide and coach delivery teams to self-organize and achieve objectives
• Remove impediments and ensure that stories are sprint-ready
• Facilitate Agile Scrum stand-up meetings, retrospectives, sprints, and release planning across multiple teams
• Develop and report process metrics for real-time or historical presentations
• Collaborate with Product Owner and Development Team to plan and deliver major product changes
