Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Scrum Master to join our global remote team. You will guide teams in Lean-Agile practices, support program increment events, and collaborate with product managers and architects to ensure alignment and delivery of value across streams.

Ideal candidates have solid experience in similar roles, strong Agile background, and advanced English. This is a fully remote opportunity with flexible hours and competitive compensation in USD or local currency.

Qualifications

• Minimum track record in Scrum Master or related Agile roles.
• Strong understanding of Lean-Agile practices and frameworks.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist the team in preparing ART and Solution Train artifacts using kanban boards and information radiators.
• Coach teams in Lean-Agile practices and mindsets.
• Provide input on resourcing to address bottlenecks and risks.
• Foster collaboration between teams and system/solution architects and engineering.
• Work with Product and Solution Management to align strategy and execution.
• Improve flow of value through value streams and delivery pipelines.

• - Assist the team in preparation of ART and Solution Train using various tools, such as the Program and Solution Kanbans and other information radiators.
• - Coach teams in Lean-Agile practices and mindsets.
• - Provide input on resourcing to address critical bottlenecks.
• - Encourage the collaboration between teams and System and Solution Architects/Engineering.
• - Work with Product and Solution Management, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to help ensure strategy and execution alignment.
• - Improve the flow of value through value streams using the Continuous.
• - Delivery Pipeline and DevOps.
• - Facilitate System Demos and Solution Demos.
