Qualifications

• CSM certification or equivalent.
• 2–5+ years in Scrum Master or Agile delivery roles.
• Experience with Jira or equivalent tools.
• You are a facilitator, not an administrator.
• A creative mindset and a passion for problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive Scrum execution: sprint planning, daily standups, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Ensure strong backlog hygiene, clear acceptance criteria, and alignment to sprint goals and objectives.
• Identify and remove blockers quickly; escalate when needed to maintain momentum.
• Track and improve team metrics (velocity, predictability, cycle time, quality).
• Coach teams on agile best practices and continuous improvement behaviors.
• Drive cross-functional coordination across hardware, software, and product teams.
• Ensure transparency through dashboards, reporting, and executive-ready communication.
• Facilitate retrospectives that lead to tangible, measurable improvements.
