Everforth Apex is seeking a Scrum Master / Project Manager in Orlando, FL to lead Agile delivery for a large-scale data transformation program. You will facilitate sprint ceremonies, remove blockers, and drive governance and reporting.

The role requires strong Scrum Master skills and enterprise collaboration. Responsibilities include planning, cross-functional coordination, and stakeholder engagement with data engineering, analytics, and business teams to modernize the data platform and expand

Qualifications

• Five to eight years of Scrum/PM experience required.
• Experience in data, analytics, reporting, data warehouse, or enterprise data transformation projects.
• Strong project management background and ability to manage complex programs.
• Experience with stakeholder management and executive-level communication.
• Change management and governance experience, in a large enterprise.

Scrum Master / Project Manager

Location: Orlando, Florida (Willing to be onsite 2+ days/week)

Pay Rate: $80-85/hr

Contract: 22 Months

Role Overview

An opportunity is available for a ScrumMaster / Project Manager to lead Agile delivery efforts within a large-scale data transformation program. This role involves facilitating sprint ceremonies, removing delivery blockers, and supporting Agile best practices. The position requires driving project planning, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional coordination while supporting organizational change management, governance, and project reporting activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Agile delivery efforts as a Scrum Master.

• Drive project planning, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional coordination.
• Support organizational change management, governance, and project reporting.
• Work closely with data engineering, analytics, and business stakeholders on data platform modernization initiatives.
• Partner with teams responsible for expanding data assets.

Required Qualifications

• Strong Scrum Master experience.
• 5-8 Yrs of Scrum/Project Manager Experience
• Proven experience supporting data, analytics, reporting, data warehouse, or enterprise data transformation projects.
• Strong project management background.
• Experience with stakeholder management and executive-level communication.
• Change management and governance experience.
• Ability to integrate into a complex enterprise environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Finance transformation experience.
• Experience with data platform modernization, Snowflake, enterprise reporting, forecasting, or analytics programs.
