Job summary

Everforth Apex is seeking a Scrum Master in Irving, TX to lead enterprise Data Platform Modernization and coordinate cross-functional teams onsite. You will drive Agile ceremonies, manage roadmaps, and oversee cloud migrations while delivering executive dashboards for leadership.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years of experience, 5+ years in Scrum/Agile, and strong data-platform knowledge with Excel, Jira, Power BI/Tableau.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience across complex programs.
• 5+ years of Scrum/Agile experience or equivalent demonstrated.
• Strong data platform and cloud migration understanding.
• Advanced Excel for executive reporting and Jira for Agile reporting.
• Experience with SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Power BI/Tableau.
• Experience using GenAI tools such as Copilot for reporting and SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of enterprise Data Platform Modernization initiatives.

Scrum Master

Location: IRVING, Texas (Onsite)Duration: 12 months

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of enterprise Data Platform Modernization initiatives and coordinate execution across multiple product and engineering teams.
• Manage program plans, roadmaps, milestones, deliverables, budget tracking, and timelines.
• Lead Agile delivery practices, facilitate ceremonies such as Sprint Planning and retrospectives, and monitor team performance metrics.
• Support migration from legacy platforms to strategic target-state solutions, including activities related to cloud adoption and platform decommissioning.
• Develop executive-level reporting packages, dashboards, and visualizations to support leadership decision-making.
• Manage governance routines, consolidate reporting on risks and dependencies, and drive issue resolution.
• Partner with Line of Business CIOs, engineering leaders, product managers, and other stakeholders to facilitate decision-making and align priorities.
• Leverage Generative AI tools, such as Microsoft Copilot, to improve reporting, analysis, documentation, and overall program execution.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 7+ years of relevant experience, with a combination of the following skills and functional areas.
• 5+ years of Scrum or Agile experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work or consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.
• Technical Skills:Strong understanding of Data Platforms and Cloud migrations.
• Advanced Excel skills, with the ability to run complex queries and pivot tables for executive reporting.
• Proficiency with Jira for Agile reporting and workflow automations.
• Expertise in SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and other collaboration tools.
• Experience with data visualization and dashboard creation using Jira.
• Proven use of AI tools in managing program reporting, AI projects, and the SDLC.
• Experience utilizing GenAI tools, including Microsoft Copilot and similar AI-powered productivity solutions.
• Leadership Skills:Proven experience leading complex programs or large-scale projects involving data transformation and platform modernization.
• Ability to drive execution across multiple teams, manage competing priorities, and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with cross-functional coordination and the ability to manage ambiguity.
• Preferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree in a technology or computer science field.
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau.
• Hands-on experience using Generative AI tools as part of day-to-day work to improve productivity and program execution.
