Qualifications

11+ years of Agile software delivery experience with significant Scrum Master experience
Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, Scrum principles, and SDLC practices
Experience leading multiple Agile teams
Hands-on experience with Jira, Rally, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile tools
Excellent communication, facilitation, leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement
Coach Scrum teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile/Scrum best practices
Drive sprint execution, delivery predictability, and continuous improvement
Identify and remove impediments while managing delivery risks
Ensure alignment between Agile teams and business priorities
Track Agile metrics and provide transparent delivery/status reporting
Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders on backlog management and delivery expectations
Lead multiple Agile teams while effectively managing competing priorities

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead and support multiple Agile teams in delivering high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Agile/Scrum delivery, team coaching, facilitation, stakeholder management, and impediment resolution.
