Job summary

Link Group is seeking a Scrum Master to support Agile teams in the finance/stock exchange sector. You will drive adoption of Agile principles, facilitate Scrum events, and coach teams toward continuous improvement, collaborating with Product Owners, developers, and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Able to drive adoption of Agile principles within cross-functional teams.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Review & Retrospective).
• Collaborate with Product Owners, development teams and stakeholders to optimize workflow.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Agile teams to ensure adherence to Scrum practices.
• Facilitate Scrum events and help teams remove impediments.
• Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to improve delivery flow and transparency.
