Job summary

Mandatory Skills

• Proven experience as an RTE, RDL, or Program Delivery Lead
• Hands-on experience with:
  • PI Planning facilitation
  • Rally (CA Agile Central)
  • Cross-team dependency management
  • Program risk and impediment management
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
• Ability to drive planning, prioritization, and decision-making across concurrent programs
• Experience using GenAI tools(Copilot, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to improve delivery productivity and outcomes

Mandatory Skills: Scaling Agile.Experience: 5-8 Years.The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience.
