Job summary

Mercedes-Benz Financial Services is seeking a Scrum Master/PM role in the Fort Worth area to support SAFe agile ceremonies with Product Teams, manage the IT Budget process, and provide dashboards and reporting. The candidate should have 3+ years in IT/project management, SAFe familiarity, strong Excel skills, and experience with SAP/BEELINE/C4MB.

• Bachelor's degree preferred; Information Technology or Computer/Information Science majors favored.
• SAFe know-how preferred; MS Excel skills are required; MS Project is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and facilitates initiation kickoff.
• Setting up PI Planning, retrospectives, sprint reviews or sprint planning sessions.
• Product backlog grooming and estimation.
• Keep the project board up to date, provide team members with authorized story cards.
• Encouraging collaboration within the Product Team (40%).
• Be the custodian for the IT Budget Master sheet and supporting artifacts.
• Daily review of changes to budget line items; escalate as needed.
• Use BEELINE, SAP and C4MB for reconciliation of dates, amounts and invoices.
• Prepare dashboards for plan vs actual, variance and trend analysis, forecast and projections.
• Weekly and monthly meetings with IT Managers for dashboard reviews (40%).
• Produce, analyze, and maintain team metrics, including velocity, to provide visibility to management.
• Help the team maintain their burndown chart (10%).
• Facilitate an established series of key meetings including daily stand ups.
• Facilitate meeting cadence for IT Budget tracking and monitoring (10%).

Job Overview:

Focused on supporting SCRUM ceremonies and implement SAFe Agile principles with Product Teams.

Own, manage and administer the IT Budget process, with continuous monitoring, tracking and reporting as well as implement improvements.

The Scrum Master provides the following:

- Support to the development (Scrum) team in the implementation and further development of agile processes.

Qualifications:

• Information Technology: 3+ years

Education: High School Diploma/(GED) is required, Bachelor's Degree is preferred. Recommended majors include:
