Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the adoption, implementation, and sustainability of Agile processes, principles, and practices.
  • Lead the scaling of Agile from team level to enterprise level.
  • Act as a change agent, supporting teams and individuals in their Agile journey.
  • Provide hands-on team guidance, support, and coaching to enhance Agile maturity.
  • Develop and deliver training materials to promote Agile practices across the organization.
  • Support Agile teams in creating playbooks and establishing consistent best practices.
  • Collaborate with non-Agile teams to educate and support them during the transformation.
  • Define and track metrics to measure program progress and team performance.
  • Mentor team members to advance their skills and career growth.
  • Build trust and foster collaboration across business and IT divisions.
  • Perform ongoing assessments of teams' Scrum maturity and provide tailored support.
  • Advise on dependency management techniques and drive organizational road mapping.
  • Encourage continuous improvement, innovation, and Agile adoption at all levels.

Job Overview

Pay Range

$65- $68/hr on W2

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
