Job summary

A leading tech company is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to facilitate Agile ceremonies and coach multiple scrum teams focused on infrastructure and cloud projects. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, a strong understanding of infrastructure technologies including networking and cloud platforms, and proficiency in Agile tools like Jira and GitHub. This role emphasizes continuous improvement and effective communication across technical teams, fostering a culture of accountability in a dynamic environment.

Job description

Scrum Master – Infrastructure & Network Engineering (ID: 3105)

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Act as a servant leader and Agile coach for 12 scrum teams delivering infrastructure and cloud engineering projects.
• Drive adoption of Agile best practices tailored to hybrid environments involving hardware, software, and cloud services.
• Partner with engineers, architects, and program managers to align sprint goals with broader delivery objectives.
• Manage execution and visibility using Jira and GitHub Projects across multiple teams and workflows.
• Identify and resolve impediments and cross-team dependencies that impact sprint commitments.
• Utilize Agile metrics like velocity, lead time, and throughput to monitor team health and optimize delivery.
• Lead retrospectives focused on actionable improvements and sustained performance growth.

What You Bring to the Table:

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach, including at least 2 years supporting infrastructure or network teams.
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure technologies including networking, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and virtualization.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Ansible, Terraform, and scripting (Python/Bash).
• Proficiency in managing Agile workflows using Jira and GitHub Projects.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or equivalent Agile certification.
• Deep understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
