Job Summary
Our client, a leading airline company, is seeking a Scrum Master III to join their team! This position is located in Houston, TX.
Contract Details

Core Responsibilities
- Manage and support 2-3 Scrum teams to ensure effective Agile delivery
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Support teams in adopting Scrum practices aligned with the 2020 Scrum Guide
- Apply Scaled Agile principles to support collaboration across multiple teams
- Collaborate with Product Owners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to support project delivery
- Identify and help remove impediments affecting team productivity and delivery
- Support Agile teams working with offshore resources through flexible scheduling
- Promote continuous improvement, transparency, and effective team collaboration
- Ensure alignment with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes and practices
Required Skills/Experience (Must-Haves)
- Experience working as a Scrum Master with strong knowledge of the 2020 Scrum Guide
- Hands-on experience with Scaled Agile frameworks and methodologies
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes
- Experience managing or supporting 2-3 Scrum teams simultaneously
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including 6 AM-3 PM or 7 AM-4 PM, to support offshore teams
- Strong understanding of Agile principles, Scrum ceremonies, and team facilitation
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills/Experience (Nice-to-Haves)
- Experience working in the airline or aviation industry
- Experience supporting large-scale Agile environments
- Familiarity with cross-functional and distributed teams
- Experience identifying and removing team impediments
- Experience with Agile delivery metrics and continuous improvement practices

Compensation & Benefits
Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $35.00 and $50.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
