Job summary

Bank of America is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead multiple Agile Release Trains, remove impediments, and coach teams toward higher performance in a fast-paced environment.

You will facilitate ceremonies, manage dependencies, and partner with product managers to ensure timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals. This in-office role emphasizes collaboration, governance, and continuous improvement across the program, with a focus on delivering measurable business value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or delivery lead.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Experience with infrastructure, network services, or hosting-related technologies.
• Proven ability to facilitate Agile ceremonies and drive team performance in complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Demos, and Retrospectives.
• Provides visibility into the Agile team's delivery plans and progress to stakeholders.
• Manages risk including dependency management, impediment removal and compliance with Enterprise Change Management and other policy requirements.
• Applies metrics to assess team delivery, maturity, and performance and identifies and shares improvement opportunities with the team.
• Partners with product stakeholders to ensure the team has a healthy product and Sprint backlog.
• Provides coaching and mentoring to the team for them to become high performing by collaborating, focusing on continuous improvement including cross-training, and sharing knowledge on scrum practices and Agile principles.
