Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking an experienced Scrum Master/ Agile Project Manager in Topeka, KS. You will lead two or more Agile delivery pods, coach teams to self-organization, and drive continuous improvement across delivery objectives.

You will facilitate ceremonies, refine backlogs, and partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to align priorities and roadmaps. You’ll also coordinate releases, UAT, and post-release monitoring across business and technology teams.

Qualifications

• Experience as Scrum Master and Agile Project Manager.
• Ability to guide multiple Scrum teams and delivery pods.
• Strong facilitation of Agile ceremonies and backlog refinement.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Scrum Master and Agile Project Manager for two or more Agile delivery pods/ Scrum teams
• Guide teams to self-organize, deliver business value, and improve Agile maturity
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Daily Standups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives
• Partner with Experience Owners, Product Owners, and stakeholders to align priorities and delivery objectives
• Identify and remove impediments and manage risks and dependencies
• Maintain delivery plans, RAID logs, and status reporting for leadership and stakeholders
• Ensure backlog items are refined, prioritized, and ready for development
• Coordinate release planning, UAT, production readiness, and post-release monitoring across teams

• Serve as Scrum Master and Agile Project Manager for two or more Agile delivery pods/ Scrum teams
• Guide and coach teams to self-organize, deliver business value, and continuously improve Agile maturity

• Support initiatives related to fraud claims, disputes, chargebacks, merchant credits, regulatory compliance, and others
• Identify, manage, and remove team-level and cross-functional impediments, risks, and dependencies
• Maintain delivery plans, project timelines, RAID logs, and status reporting to provide transparency to leadership and stakeholders
• Ensure backlog items are appropriately refined, prioritized, and ready for development
• Leverage Agile metrics and team performance data to drive continuous improvement and increase delivery predictability
• Facilitate discussions, decision-making, and conflict resolution while promoting a collaborative and accountable team culture
• Coordinate release planning, UAT activities, production readiness, and post-release monitoring across business and technology teams
