Job summary

Beacon Hill is seeking a Scrum Master/Agile Project Manager to lead two or more delivery pods, coach teams to self-organize, and ensure value delivery. You will facilitate ceremonies, align priorities with stakeholders, and manage impediments, risks, and delivery plans across multiple teams.

The role focuses on continuous improvement, metrics-driven delivery, and collaboration with product owners, experience owners, and business partners to ensure successful releases.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Scrum Master and Agile Project Manager for multiple pods/teams
• Coach teams to self-organize and deliver business value
• Facilitate Daily Standups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives
• Partner with Experience Owners, Product Owners and stakeholders to align priorities
• Identify and remove impediments and risks affecting delivery
• Maintain delivery plans, RAID logs, and status reports for leadership
• Ensure backlog items are refined and ready for development
• Use Agile metrics to drive continuous improvement
• Coordinate release planning, UAT, production readiness, and post-release monitoring

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as Scrum Master and Agile Project Manager for two or more Agile delivery pods/ Scrum teams
• Guide and coach teams to self-organize, deliver business value, and continuously improve Agile maturity
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Daily Standups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives
• Partner with Experience Owners, Product Owners, and stakeholders to align priorities, roadmap commitments, and delivery objectives
• Support initiatives related to fraud claims, disputes, chargebacks, merchant credits, regulatory compliance, and others
• Identify, manage, and remove team-level and cross-functional impediments, risks, and dependencies
• Maintain delivery plans, project timelines, RAID logs, and status reporting to provide transparency to leadership and stakeholders
• Ensure backlog items are appropriately refined, prioritized, and ready for development
• Leverage Agile metrics and team performance data to drive continuous improvement and increase delivery predictability
• Facilitate discussions, decision-making, and conflict resolution while promoting a collaborative and accountable team culture
• Coordinate release planning, UAT activities, production readiness, and post-release monitoring across business and technology teams
