Responsibilities

• Lead adoption and maturation of Agile practices to deliver high‑quality solutions aligned to business priorities.
• Coach and mentor teams, promote servant leadership, and support continuous learning.
• Partner with Product Owners to prioritize work and refine backlogs.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and planning to improve predictability and delivery.
• Create a collaborative, self‑organizing team environment with ownership.
• Track team performance with Agile metrics and program boards to guide decisions.
• Remove obstacles and shield the team from external disruptions.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships to maximize value delivery.
