Job summary

Somatus is seeking a highly motivated Scrum Master to join our Analytics & Reporting team. This role partners with Clinical Analytics, Operations, Client Success, and Data Engineering to align priorities and improve delivery.

You will facilitate agile ceremonies, manage risks, track progress, and coach teams in Jira/Azure DevOps usage to ensure timely, high-quality analytics and reporting solutions across value-based care initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent in business, IT, or healthcare analytics.
3–4 years of experience in Scrum Master, Agile delivery, project management, or related role.
2+ years supporting analytics, reporting, BI, data engineering, or related teams.

Responsibilities

Lead internal team meetings focused on project updates, delivery status, milestones, risks, blockers, dependencies, and upcoming priorities.
Plan, coordinate, and facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog refinement, reviews, demonstrations, and retrospectives.
Establish clear objectives, agendas, decisions, action items, owners, and due dates with timely follow-up on commitments.
Partner with analytics leaders and stakeholders to align priorities, translate objectives into actionable delivery plans, and manage dependencies.
Coach teams on Agile practices and ensure project updates are communicated to stakeholders.
Maintain portfolio visibility into active projects, requests, and delivery health, using Jira for tracking epics, stories, and milestones.
