Job summary

Somatus is seeking a highly motivated Scrum Master to join our Analytics & Reporting team. You will guide cross-functional teams through agile delivery, align priorities, and remove barriers to ensure high-quality analytics and reporting solutions.

Ideal candidates will have deep Scrum expertise, strong facilitation and stakeholder-management skills, and experience with Jira, Power BI, SQL, and data engineering contexts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• 3-4 years in Scrum Master, Agile delivery, project management, or a related role.
• 2+ years supporting analytics, reporting, BI, or data engineering teams.
• Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and leadership reviews.
• Experience using Jira or similar work-management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Scrum Master and delivery facilitator across Analytics & Reporting.
• Lead internal team meetings focusing on updates, status, risks, blockers, and priorities.
• Plan and facilitate Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog refinements, reviews, demos, retrospectives.
• Establish meeting objectives, agendas, decisions, action items, owners, and due dates.
• Coordinate with leadership to align priorities and translate objectives into delivery plans.
• Monitor delivery trends, risks, and capacity; escalate as needed.
• Develop weekly portfolio updates for key stakeholders.
