Founding Scrum Master – Build Agile Processes from the Ground Up in FinTech

Most financial firms are stuck with rigid, outdated workflows that slow down execution. Here, you’ll set up Agile from scratch—establishing best practices, optimizing execution, and working directly with leadership to build a high-performance culture. No bureaucratic red tape, no legacy processes—just the freedom to create a system that works.

Expect to work across teams:

• Implement Agile frameworks that drive efficiency and accountability.

This role is for someone who understands the complexity of financial services. If you have experience in futures, swaps, credit, or FX, that’s a huge plus.
