Job description

We are seeking a Scrum Master to support an aerospace manufacturing client, leading a newly formed Agile team consisting of Power BI Developers and Data Engineers. This individual will play a key role in evaluating the team’s current processes and implementing Agile best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead a cross-functional Scrum team of Power BI developers and Data Engineers
• Assess current team workflows and Agile maturity
• Coach team members on Agile principles and Scrum best practices
• Partner with stakeholders to manage backlog, prioritization, and delivery timelines
• Identify and remove roadblocks impacting team performance
• Drive continuous improvement and team efficiency

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile lead
• Experience supporting data or analytics teams (Data Engineers, BI, etc.)
• Strong understanding of Scrum framework and Agile delivery
• Experience standing up or transforming teams into Agile environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have

• Aerospace or manufacturing industry experience
• Experience working with Power BI or data platforms
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools

Compensation

$50-60/hour

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
