Job summary

VIATEQ Corporation is seeking a Scrum Master to support agile delivery teams responsible for operating and maintaining cloud environments across Azure, AWS, and GCP. The ideal candidate is an energetic servant-leader who champions agile principles and has a solid understanding of cloud operations.

The role requires the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance for government work. You will facilitate ceremonies, protect team velocity, manage backlogs with Product Owners, and coordinate

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
• 5+ years as Scrum Master with cloud/engineering team support.
• CSM or PSM I certification required.
• Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP cloud environments.
• Experience in federal government IT and FISMA Moderate/High.

Responsibilities

• Serve as servant-leader for one or more agile teams and champion Scrum values.
• Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain backlog and clear acceptance criteria.
• Identify and remove impediments; escalate to leadership when needed.
• Foster collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement across cloud teams.
• Coordinate delivery across Azure, AWS, and GCP cloud environments.
• Manage cross-team dependencies and ensure alignment with program goals.
• Track team velocity and delivery metrics for stakeholders.
