Job summary

You have a minimum of 7 years as a Scrum Master in enterprise settings, 15+ years IT experience, and an active CSM (SAFe SM preferred).

Qualifications

• Total IT experience of 15+ years, with at least 50% in large enterprises.
• Active Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification; SAFe Scrum Master preferred.
• Strong expertise in Azure DevOps for project management and analytics.

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience facilitating agile development teams, leveraging Azure DevOps, and delivering projects in large enterprise settings, preferably within the financial or enterprise security sectors. This role requires an active CSM certification and a proven track record of strategic communication and execution.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.) to ensure efficient team delivery in an Agile environment.
• Utilize Azure DevOps for project tracking, team analytics, and delivery management.
• Guide and coach cross-functional teams to adopt and mature Agile practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align project goals with business objectives.
• Remove impediments and foster a productive, collaborative team environment.
• Provide strategic communication to ensure transparency and alignment across teams and leadership.

Requirements
