Zusammenfassung

eNGINE is seeking a Scrum Master to support a growing Digital Innovation organization as it expands its Scrum and Agile practices. You will guide teams through ceremonies, foster self-organization, and collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to deliver customer-facing enhancements.

The role requires hands-on Agile delivery, strong facilitation skills, and experience with Azure DevOps and Planview. US work authorization is required as C2C is not offered.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master, Scrum Lead, or similar Agile delivery professional supporting software development teams.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum principles, and servant leadership.
• Experience working directly with engineering teams and cross-functional business stakeholders.
• Strong facilitation, communication, conflict-resolution, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Experience working within the financial services industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience with Planview is a plus.
• Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or similar Agile/Scrum certification is preferred but not required.

Aufgaben

• Lead Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coach development teams on Scrum principles, Agile best practices, servant leadership, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with software engineering teams, Product Owners, and business stakeholders to drive successful delivery.
• Identify and remove impediments while proactively managing risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges.
• Help teams become increasingly self-organized, accountable, and effective.
• Partner with Product Owners to refine and prioritize product backlogs.
• Support business case development and assist with drafting business requirements when needed.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration across technical and business teams.
• Provide clear project updates and visibility into progress, risks, and dependencies to leadership.
• Help strengthen Agile practices as the organization expands its Scrum framework across initiatives.
