Job summary

ON.energy seeks a Scrum Master/Agile Project Manager to own intake and backlog, coach teams, and ensure Agile processes across programs. You will coordinate across product, hardware, software, and operations teams to keep delivery on track and transparent.

In this role, you will facilitate Scrum events, maintain Azure DevOps data integrity, and report on velocity, cycle time, and backlog health for leadership. Competitive benefits apply.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager supporting product/program management.
• Experience managing backlogs and work item hierarchies in Azure DevOps.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum and Kanban; coordinating multiple teams.
• Understanding of product lifecycle, roadmapping, release planning, milestone tracking, and dependency management.
• Technical understanding of ON.energy products to triage requests; no hands-on coding required.
• Ability to coach and influence managers and peers without direct authority.
• Excellent organizational, facilitation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Intake and backlog ownership: single point of accountability for PMO requests.
• Triage and map requests to backlog items; ensure traceability.
• Maintain data integrity in Azure DevOps with properly linked work items.
• Track requests to resolution and report status to stakeholders.
• Facilitate Scrum events and cross-team planning; drive agile health metrics.
