Everforth ECS seeks a Scrum Master in Fairfax, VA to lead Agile teams within a DevSecOps environment supporting U.S. Government Mission Partner Enclaves. You will facilitate ceremonies, coach teams, and partner with Product Owners to maintain backlog and ensure delivery against program objectives.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years as a certified Scrum Master, strong SAFe experience, and an active DoD Secret clearance. This role requires US citizenship and readiness to work on-site in Fairfax.

Formación

• Three or more years of experience as certified Scrum Master/Agile leader.
• Active DoD Secret clearance or eligibility required.
• Strong knowledge of SAFe practices and Agile ceremonies.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as Scrum Master for one or more agile teams, coaching ceremonies.
• Maintain product backlog with Product Owners and stakeholders.
• Track delivery metrics and remove impediments in a DevSecOps context.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure timely program execution.
