Job summary

Data Systems Analysts, Inc. seeks an experienced Scrum Master to facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and partner with Product Owners and government stakeholders on ACWS capabilities.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years in agile leadership, SAFe/Scrum knowledge, and experience with Jira dashboards, backlog refinement, and release planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Release Train team member, Agile Facilitator, or Delivery Lead supporting software development teams.
• Experience facilitating planning, standups, reviews, retrospectives, backlog refinement, and dependencies.
• Knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Agile metrics, team velocity, dependency management, and continuous improvement practices.
• Experience collaborating with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, Testers, Architects, and Government stakeholders.
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM),Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile and SAFe ceremonies to enable predictable delivery of ACWS capabilities and enhancements.
• Manage impediments, dependencies, risks, and cross-functional coordination to maintain delivery momentum.
• Support Product Owners and stakeholders with backlog refinement, prioritization, release planning, and execution readiness.
• Promote Agile best practices, team effectiveness, continuous improvement, and high-quality delivery outcomes.
• Develop and maintain Jira dashboards, sprint metrics, release status reports, dependency tracking, and program-level delivery metrics to support stakeholder visibility and decision-making.

Required Skills:

5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Release Train team member, Agile Facilitator, or Delivery Lead supporting software development teams.

• Working knowledge of Appian, DevSecOps, cloud-hosted, low-code/no-code, or modernization delivery environments

The posted salary range is a good-faith estimate. Actual compensation will be based on the selected candidate’s qualifications, experience, skills, and other job-related factors.

DSA - Salary Pay Range

$125,000 - $135,000 USD
