Job summary

DSA Inc. is seeking a Scrum Master to facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, manage dependencies, and track sprint commitments to ensure delivery of ACWS capabilities in a predictable and efficient manner.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years of Scrum Master/Agile experience, knowledge of Scrum/Kanban/SAFe, and an active Secret clearance. Collaboration with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, Testers, Architects, and Government stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business, IT, CS, or related field.
• 5+ years as Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or related delivery lead for software teams.
• Experience facilitating planning, standups, reviews, retrospectives and backlog refinement.
• Knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Agile metrics, team velocity and dependency management.
• Experience collaborating with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, Testers, Architects, and Government stakeholders.
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) or equivalent.
• Active Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile and SAFe ceremonies to enable predictable delivery of ACWS capabilities.
• Manage impediments, dependencies, risks, and cross-functional coordination to maintain delivery momentum.
• Support Product Owners and stakeholders with backlog refinement, prioritization, release planning, and execution readiness.
• Promote Agile best practices, team effectiveness, continuous improvement, and high-quality delivery outcomes.
• Develop and maintain Jira dashboards, sprint metrics, release status reports, dependency tracking, and program-level delivery metrics to support stakeholder visibility and decision-making.

• Working knowledge of Appian, DevSecOps, cloud-hosted, low-code/no-code, or modernization delivery environments

The posted salary range is a good-faith estimate. Actual compensation will be based on the selected candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, and other job-related factors.

DSA - Salary Pay Range

$125,000 - $135,000 USD
