Job description

Works with an aligned team including Product Owners, stakeholders, other Scrum Masters and the Program Team to iteratively and incrementally deliver value. The Scrum Master performs varied, semi-routine work necessitating interpretations of policies and procedures to determine the appropriate course of action.

This role requires an active DOD Secret Clearance (or higher) OR a Public Trust Clearance. This will be verified during the prescreening process and a must have due to the nature of the work.

Responsibilities:

• Works with an aligned team including Product Owners, stakeholders, other Scrum Masters and the Program Team to iteratively and incrementally deliver value.
• Learns to act as a catalyst for change by making the evolving processes work for the entire team.
• Learns to act as the servant leader for aligned team(s) by creating an environment that empowers and energizes team members, with a focus on accountability, adaptability, collaboration, and high-performance.
• Learns to drive the implementation of various frameworks in order to focus on value, flow, quality, predictability, modern engineering practices, and driving continuous improvement of the team(s).
• Performs varied, semi-routine work necessitating interpretations of policies and procedures to determine the appropriate course of action.
