Scrum Master Location: UK Mobile Worker with attendance at Leidos or customer sites as required

Track impediments, dependencies, risks and actions through to resolution. Support programme increment, release and cross-team planning where applicable. Use delivery metrics responsibly to identify trends and improvement opportunities. Coach team members and stakeholders in agile values, roles and effective collaboration. Support distributed teams and maintain inclusive, outcome-focused ceremonies. Promote continuous improvement without compromising delivery transparency.
