A leading company is seeking an experienced Scrum Master in Seattle, WA. The role involves leading a team, supporting agile frameworks, and collaborating with product and tech leads to streamline project execution and improve product features. - 7-10 years’ experience in project mgmt. and 3-4 years’ experience in agile scrum framework. SAFe agile.
- Ability to lead the team of 12-18 with offshore and onsite
- Knowing ADO usage like TFS
- Help team building Stories and perform agile ceremonies
- Work with PO/Product manager to prioritize the stories and make the best possible product feature.
- Strong communication skills and positive attitude, Team player
- Coordination with Tech lead and Product manager for planning execution and release mgmt.
- Support TCS operational work (e.g. billing, resource mgmt. support)
