Job summary

The ideal candidate has over 7 years of Scrum Master experience and strong skills in project management tools like Azure DevOps. Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years experience as a dedicated Scrum Master in a large enterprise.

• Total 15+ years in a project environment; at least half in large enterprises.
• Active CSM Certification (SAFe Scrum Master preferred).

Pay Rate: Open to Both C2C and W2 options
Position Type: Multiyear Contract

Requirements

• Significant Scrum Master experience, as well as strong fundamentals in advanced scrum team analytics, using project management tools like Azure DevOps
• Significant experience leading agile development teams and facilitating delivery in an Agile environment
• A minimum of 7 years+ experience as a dedicated Scrum Master working for a large enterprise
• A minimum of 15 years of total experience in a project environment as a PM or a project team member, with at least half of that experience in in large enterprises
• Active CSM Certification (SAFe Scrum Master preferred)
• Experience with strategic communication and execution a plus

Desired

• Experience running agile teams in the Enterprise Security space
• Financial industry project experience
